Senator Davis moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day                                   
notice be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 129 "An Act relating to a                                       
public high school competency examination; and providing for an                                     
effective date" for the Health, Education and Social Services                                       
Committee meeting on March 10. Without objection, it was so
